From board level testing, with either the Testronics MDA (Manufacturing Defect Analyzer) or a dedicated functional test fixture for system level testing, Surmotech will develop a test plan around your product requirements. It's our philosophy that every product we build will perform to your requirements out-of-the-box. For large volume production we recommend ICT (In-Circuit Test) or MDA testing; however, for lower volume products Surmotech has developed a test plan that uses AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and board/system electrical testing to give you a cost effective way to achieve total test coverage.
